Start with a message

You can't buy instantly on this site. Send us a message about the piece or custom order you want. We confirm availability, details, and a quote before you decide whether to proceed.

We reply within 24 hours. Once we confirm the order and the piece is ready, we ship it within 48 hours.

Shipping costs and timing

We confirm the shipping cost and estimated delivery timing for each order before payment. Those details depend on the piece, destination, and carrier available for that order. We provide the tracking information available from the carrier after dispatch.

Custom orders

Custom orders have a 2–3 week lead time unless we agree on a different schedule in writing. Because we make a custom order just for you, it generally cannot be returned.

Returns

For eligible non-custom orders, returns must be requested within [RETURNS WINDOW] of delivery. The piece must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. We will confirm whether your request qualifies and explain the return steps before you send anything back.

To start a return request, email hello@resinpiece.store with your order details and the reason for your request. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged so we can review it with you.

Care

Wipe resin pieces clean with a soft, damp cloth. They are not dishwasher safe.
